BUFFET OPTIONS

For ease of choice we have allocated a point system to each option so that
you can design your own buffet. If there is anything you would like but cannot
find here just contact us and we will add it to your list.

Each buffet is individual, the cost determining how many points are allocated

COLD OPTIONS										POINTS

· Crostini (toasted bread crouton) topped with smoked salmon mousse			1
· Crostini topped with garlic mushrooms			(V)				1

· Tomato, mozzarella and pesto crostini			(V)				1
· Catalan bread (french stick topped with crushed plum tomatoes)  (V)			1
· Spinach and ricotta roulade					(V)			1
· Chou bun filled with prawn and salmon							2
· Irish wheaten bread topped with smoked salmon						2
· Plum tomato stuffed with tangy couscous		(V)				2
· French bread topped with red pepper puree and parma ham				2

SALADS

· Mixed salad (various lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers etc.)				1
· Baby potato salad ( mixed with mayo and spring onion)					1
· Egg Mayonnaise ( the old favourite)							1
· Greek Salad ( with feta cheese and olives)						2
· Couscous salad (tangy moroccan style salad)						2
· Caesar salad (crisp lettuce with parmesan, croutons and caesar dressing)		2

(V) Denotes vegetarian options, if there are any other dietary requirements
